Salesforce CRM Tester - Hybrid

As a Salesforce CRM Tester, you will be responsible for validating Salesforce CRM solutions by designing, maintaining, and executing test plans, test suites, and test cases using Azure DevOps. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, vendors, and project teams to ensure Salesforce applications meet functional, performance, security, and business requirements while supporting enterprise contact center initiatives., * Design, develop, maintain, and execute test plans, test suites, and test cases using Azure DevOps.

• Review business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to define and execute testing strategies for new projects and enhancements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related CRM functionalities.
• Test web services, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, and system integrations using tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Track, document, and manage defects through resolution while maintaining full requirements traceability.
• Support test automation initiatives and recommend improvements to testing frameworks and processes.
• Analyze testing results and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
• Develop documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and training support for maintenance and operational teams.

• 6+ years of Salesforce QA and testing experience.
• 4+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud testing experience.
• 4+ years of experience using Azure DevOps Test Suites for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, production environments, and sandbox environments.
• Experience creating positive, negative, functional, regression, and integration test cases.
• Experience testing REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies, software testing best practices, and defect lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce objects, Flows, Lightning Components, Apex, AppExchange packages, and CRM business processes.
• Experience with Selenium, test automation tools, SQL, and contact center platforms such as Nice CXone is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently in Agile environments.
