Workday Functional Analyst

Career Employment Service is seeking a Workday Functional Analyst I - Core HCM to support and optimize Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) applications for a healthcare organization. This role is responsible for configuring, testing, maintaining, and enhancing Workday functionality while partnering with stakeholders to improve business processes and user experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration, enjoys solving complex technical and business challenges, and is passionate about developing training resources that promote user adoption and operational excellence.

Schedule

• Full-Time

• Monday - Friday

  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• On-call support as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality, including business processes, security, and tenant configuration
• Design, test, and implement system enhancements and feature releases
• Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and other configuration components
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system improvements and implement effective solutions
• Create training materials and provide end-user support
• Troubleshoot application issues and support ongoing Workday projects

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
• Hands-on experience supporting Workday Core HCM
• Experience configuring Workday business processes, security, and tenant functionality
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, calculated fields, condition rules, and validation rules
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
