Job description

We’re building out our digital marketing team, and we’re looking for a Web & Design Specialist to build and manage the websites and landing pages our marketing runs on. You’ll own everything from UI/UX design through to on-page SEO - making sure every page looks good and performs., At Access, you’ll have the space to influence how our websites and digital channels perform, while working closely with people who care about doing the right thing for our customers. You’re curious, practical, and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed - and you’re motivated by making things better, not just bigger.

Day-to-Day, You Will

  • Build, manage and continuously improve websites and landing pages, from first wireframe through to launch.
  • Design UI/UX and brand visuals that are consistent, on-brand and easy for customers to use.
  • Optimise on-page SEO - page structure, metadata, site speed and content layout - so pages are easy to find as well as easy to use.
  • Work closely with the Content & SEO/AEO Specialist and Paid Media Specialist so every landing page supports the campaign it’s built for.
  • Keep an eye on site performance and conversion rate, and turn what you learn into the next round of improvements.

Requirements

You like seeing the impact of your work and enjoy improving things day by day. You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and enjoy shaping how digital marketing works as the business grows., * An inclination towards hospitality and/or marketing for hotels is a good-to-have - you understand how demand and guest behaviour shape a good landing page.

  • 3-5 years’ experience building and managing websites, with strong UI/UX design skills.
  • Comfortable with modern web and design tools (e.g. Figma, Framer, Canva) and AI-assisted design or coding tools.
  • A practical, forward-thinking mindset, with the ability to spot better ways of working and turn ideas into action.
  • Strong attention to detail and a data-led approach to testing and improving page performance.
