Job description

The role involves providing remote and onsite support to business clients across Microsoft environments, networking, and infrastructure technologies., * Provide 1st/2nd line IT support

  • Support Microsoft 365 environments
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
  • Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Support LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and firewalls
  • Handle user onboarding/offboarding
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and documentation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Previous MSP or IT support experience

  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration skills
  • Good understanding of Windows Server and networking fundamentals
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
