Job description

Our client is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide overnight technical support for a busy healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a reliable, detail-oriented approach and be comfortable working independently during off-hours. This is an onsite position based in Fairfield County, CT. Desktop Support’s Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide overnight desktop support to end-users
  • Perform workstation builds and break/fix support
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise
  • Support and maintain Active Directory and O365 environments
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams as needed

Requirements
