Requirements

  • 4+ years of application/system development or programming experience.
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • 3+ years of healthcare IT experience with knowledge of HIPAA.
  • Experience working in an ITIL/ITSM environment.
  • Strong SQL experience.
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications with multiple modules.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
