Job description

Support the 3DEXPERIENCE application in an ITAR-compliant environment. Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues while ensuring data security and compliance. Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents. Monitor system activity, support upgrades and maintenance, and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with system maintenance and upgrades
