Data Analyst

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL databases and data models to support reporting needs
• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like Talend, Python, or Bash scripts to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Create compelling dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other reporting tools to communicate key metrics effectively
• Conduct requirements analysis with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into technical specifications
• Collaborate within Agile teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of analytics solutions
• Perform data analysis using Excel, R, or other analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
