Experteer Overview As a Fabric Data Analyst I at arrivia, you will design, maintain, and publish Power BI reports on the Microsoft Fabric platform to surface actionable insights. You’ll translate business questions into clear visualizations using Fabric semantic models, driving faster, better-informed decisions across the company. You’ll work hands-on with modern Fabric tech and AI tools, continually evolving the data ecosystem. This role offers impact across teams as you shape dashboards, data models, and governance to enable self-service analytics and data-driven decisions. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and publish Power BI reports that consume Fabric semantic models in DirectLake and Import modes * Translate business needs into logical data models and clearly labeled report layouts * Write and optimize DAX measures powering KPIs * Gather, document, and refine reporting requirements with business partners * Apply row-level and object-level security in semantic models to meet governance standards * Validate reports against source data to ensure accuracy * Create certified datasets and reusable templates for self-service analytics * Participate in peer reviews of reports, DAX, and model design * Present findings and collaborate across teams to turn data into decisions * Utilize AI tools to enhance analysis and speed delivery Tasks * 1 to 3 years building Power BI reports in a professional setting * Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience, including data modeling * AI experience with a track record of using AI tools * Working knowledge of DAX for measures and time-intelligence functions * Solid data modeling fundamentals (star schema, relationships, cardinality) * SQL to query relational sources and validate data * Power Query and M for Import-mode transformations * Clear communication and cross-team collaboration * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience * Experience aligned with membership or loyalty programs is a plus * DP-600 Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification preferred and required within 12 months of hire Key requirements * Unlimited PTO * Exclusive employee travel rates * Travel discounts through arrivia programs * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company participation
