Job description

  • Design and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications.
  • Build and manage REST API integrations.
  • Optimize platform performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Lead upgrades, patching, and code reviews.
  • Mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders.
  • Ensure scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect with 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience and strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and lead scalable CSM solutions, integrations, platform optimization, and technical teams., * ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management)

  • ServiceNow development & customization
  • Case Management, Agent Workspace, Knowledge Management
  • JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer
  • REST API integrations
  • Health Scan & Instance Scan
  • Platform performance optimization
