Instructional Support Coach (Part-Time)

ASK For Tutoring is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our dynamic team as a Instructional Support Coach. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with youth, supporting academic and enrichment activities, and contributing to a positive, engaging learning environment., * Support the delivery of enrichment activities for K-8 students in small-group and 1:1 settings

• Assist with academic reinforcement, hands-on projects, and structured enrichment sessions
• Build rapport with students and foster a safe, encouraging, and collaborative environment
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Utilize online platforms such as Zoom or Google Classroom when needed (experience preferred but not required)
• Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and youth engagement skills

Schedule

Monday - Friday, flexible hours between 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in K-12 Education, Middle Grades Education, or Secondary Education are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with youth in academic, recreational, or enrichment settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting student growth

• Child Abuse Clearance
• Criminal Background Check, * Associate (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Collingdale, PA 19023 (Required)
