Job description

This role serves as a senior project manager responsible for multiple enterprise-level infrastructure, systems, and solution initiatives. The position operates within a sustainable brokered services model that leverages enterprise vendor providers, internal resources, and management engagement to support evolving delivery, capacity, and scalability requirements across the statewide Client environment., * Assume full lifecycle project management responsibility for multiple concurrent enterprise technology projects and initiatives supporting the statewide education environment.

  • Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, communication strategies, and risk management approaches.
  • Perform analysis of needs, prioritizing project activities and aligning resources to maximize value and impact.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and budget tracking across multiple initiatives.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting of project status, deliverables, risks, and financial performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage documentation repositories and process materials using SharePoint Online and Microsoft collaboration tools.
  • Participate in cross-office collaboration, knowledge sharing, mentorship, and project community activities.
  • Prepare proposals and recommendations for new enterprise technology solutions and optimization opportunities.
  • Track and report project time and activities accurately and consistently.
  • Provide periodic on-call support outside normal business hours as required to ensure continuity of projects, systems, and time-sensitive deliverables.

Requirements

The role requires expertise in large-scale enterprise technology implementations, particularly in network systems, identity and access management and infrastructure. Solutions and reporting are managed using Microsoft tools, including SharePoint Online, Teams, and the Microsoft Office suite, to ensure effective collaboration, transparency, and knowledge management.
