Technology Strategy Leader - Enterprise Data, AI & Platforms - Hybrid

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead an integrated technology strategy for Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms, shaping a multi-year roadmap and investment plan. You will translate enterprise goals into actionable portfolios and partner with cross-functional teams to reduce friction and accelerate adoption. You will drive governance, standards, and risk management to ensure transparent decisions and measurable outcomes. You will advance responsible AI initiatives and scale experiments to deliver value across the enterprise. Compensation / Benefits * Lead an integrated technology strategy and roadmap across Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms with multi-year outcomes * Turn enterprise goals into an actionable portfolio with scope, tradeoffs, decisions, and value measures for product, engineering, and business partners * Improve platform onboarding, access, documentation, support, observability, and enablement to increase adoption * Partner across product, engineering, architecture, governance, security, privacy, compliance, finance, operations, and business teams to align decisions and remove barriers * Build investment cases and benefits plans linking funding to adoption, reliability, reuse, satisfaction, and cost efficiency * Establish governance routines, decision rights, portfolio reviews, standards alignment, dependency management, and risk escalation pathways * Advance responsible AI strategy by prioritizing intake, scaling experiments, and improving quality, speed, and reuse across the enterprise Tasks * 15 or more years of experience in technology strategy, operating model transformation, platform product leadership, program leadership, or portfolio leadership * Experience leading enterprise-scale roadmaps, governance models, standards, dependency management, and cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment * Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, frame decisions, and create clear action plans * Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align product, engineering, architecture, governance, operations, and business stakeholders * Experience partnering with engineering teams on cloud platforms, modern data and analytics architecture, or shared technology platforms * Experience operating in a regulated environment and partnering with security, privacy, or compliance teams Key requirements * medical, vision, dental benefits * well-being and behavioral health programs * 401(k) * life insurance * tuition reimbursement * paid time off and holidays
