People Specialist - Level 1

As a People Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting various human resources initiatives, policies and procedures. You will also provide conflict resolution services, and communicate People/HR programs and policies

Resource’s typical working day:

• Data Entry Focus Primary tasks involve accurate and efficient data entry, requiring attention to detail and consistency.
• Employee Records Support Assisting with the management and maintenance of employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Offer Letter Analysis Reviewing and analyzing offer letters for accuracy and alignment with company standards.
• System Experience Preferred Familiarity with PeopleSoft and ServiceNow is highly preferred to navigate HR systems effectively.

• High Level of Confidentiality Role demands discretion and the ability to handle sensitive employee information with utmost confidentiality.

Must have skills:

• Strong Communication Skills Ability to convey information clearly and effectively across various channels and with different stakeholders.
• Excellent Organizational Abilities Capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and staying on top of deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative Team Player Works well with others, contributes positively to team dynamics, and supports shared goals.
• System Adaptability Comfortable transitioning between different systems and platforms, with a quick learning curve for new tools and technologies.

Education: HS and GED

Software skills:

• Microsoft Suite
• Basic Computer functions
• Adobe acrobat
• ServiceNow and PeopleSoft is a PLUS
