Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related field, preferred. QUALIFICATIONS: Please see the attached job description for more details about this position.

  • One or more year’s experience with Windows, MAC, Chrome, and mobile device support.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to focus on resolution support.
  • Ability to document incident details.
  • Understanding of current IT environments
  • Ability to understand key systems and technologies associated with this position.
  • Ability to document incident details including configuration changes.
  • Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and resolving problems with PC, Chrome, and MAC operating systems.
  • Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting and resolving problems with iPads.
  • Ability to understand incident and problem management activities.
  • Ability to understand service desk activities.
  • Ability to understand configuration management procedures.
