Job description
The IT System Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s technology infrastructure, business systems, and end-user needs. This role will help drive the identification, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that improve efficiency, support business growth, and advance the company’s strategic objectives., * Manage and maintain core IT systems, infrastructure, applications, and network environments to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
- Administer and support NetSuite ERP, Salesforce CRM, and related business applications, including system configuration, workflows, customizations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes, eliminate waste, and increase organizational efficiency.
- Provide technical support, training, and guidance to internal users and external stakeholders.
- Maintain system security, including user access, antivirus/endpoint protection, email security, and security policies.
- Monitor system and network performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution of complex technical problems.
- Manage software, firmware, system updates, patches, and upgrades across servers, workstations, network devices, and other technology systems.
- Manage and monitor data backup processes, including backup integrity and offsite storage.
- Coordinate with third-party IT providers, software vendors, hardware suppliers, and other technology partners.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, systems, applications, users, and network infrastructure.
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute IT initiatives and projects aligned with business priorities and budget requirements., * Please briefly describe your experience managing and improving business systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, or other ERP/CRM platforms. Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership, employees, and external technology partners.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technology and security practices.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, professionalism, and commitment to customer service., * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an IT or systems administration role.
- Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Salesforce Apex, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Experience with NetSuite SuiteScript and NetSuite system customization.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP API integrations, including integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
