ITAM System Engineer

The ITAM Coordinator is responsible for managing IT assets and administering MDM solutions for iPhones, ensuring compliance, security, and efficient lifecycle management., * Maintain IT asset inventory and track lifecycle from procurement to retirement.

• Ensure compliance with licensing, warranties, and company policies.

• Deploy, configure, and manage iPhones using MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Intune).

• Enforce security policies, troubleshoot MDM issues, and manage software updates.

• Conduct audits, generate reports, and support IT security initiatives.
