- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, governance, and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to drive successful project outcomes
- Provide executive reporting, stakeholder communications, issue resolution, and strategic guidance
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, change management processes, and delivery commitments
Requirements
We are seeking a Senior Mainframe Project Manager to lead large-scale mainframe infrastructure, engineering, modernization, and resiliency initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong project leadership with mainframe expertise and a proven track record managing complex enterprise programs, cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and vendors., * 10+ years of IT Project and/or Program Management experience
- 7+ years managing Mainframe Infrastructure or Mainframe Engineering projects
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
- Proven success leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives
- Experience managing complex projects involving multiple technical teams, stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and delivery commitments
- Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical production environments
Mainframe Expertise
- IBM zSystems and z/OS infrastructure
- Mainframe engineering, operations, and infrastructure lifecycle management
- Mainframe modernization, hardware/software upgrades, and technology transformation initiatives
- Capacity planning, performance management, and platform optimization
- Disaster recovery, business continuity, and resiliency programs
- Automation, platform engineering, and operational efficiency initiatives
Leadership & Project Management Skills
- Executive stakeholder, vendor, financial, resource, risk, and issue management
- Project and program governance across complex enterprise initiatives
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
- Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
