Front Office / Quickbooks & Clio software

Worknet Staffing Services is searching for a front desk receptionist with working knowledge of Quickbooks remote and Clio legal software. This opportunity is based in Lafayette working 8-5 M-F. Work is performed in a legal office setting. Pay is $16.00/hr. Part Time hours are possible through the training period.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Answering multiline phone system, addressing any questions and forwarding calls as needed.
• Greeting incoming quest, answering questions, determining purpose for the visit and acting accordingly.
• Keeping the front office pleasant and tidy throughout the workday.
• Working payroll through quick books for a small office.
• Performing billing functions in Clio legal software.

• 1 year of front office experience answering a multiline phone system.
• Experience working with office technology such as emails, computers, and copiers.
• Working knowledge of quick books and Clio legal software.
• Must present a professional demeanor in all business interactions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
