TIBCO BW Software Engineer

We are seeking a TIBCO BW Software Engineer - Custom Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks and Java full-stack development and a proven ability to analyze legacy integrations and modernize them using Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft., * Review and analyze existing production applications built on TIBCO BusinessWorks.

• Evaluate implementations in lower environments and document findings and gaps.
• Participate in modernization brainstorming to redesign services in Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft.
• Configure and troubleshoot TIBCO BusinessWorks process flows and adapters.
• Work with TIBCO EMS messaging patterns including queues, topics, and durable subscribers.
• Design and validate data mappings and transformations between source and target schemas.
• Debug and troubleshoot BW processes to reach desired outputs and SLAs.
• Apply basic scripting to address Spotfire expressions or BW logic issues.
• Validate data outputs across integrated systems and message flows.

• Hands-on TIBCO BusinessWorks, including process flows, adapters, and EMS.
• Java full-stack development with Spring Boot for service modernization.
• Experience with data mapping, transformations, and schema validation.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across integration layers.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

• MuleSoft development for API-led integrations.
• Experience with TIBCO Spotfire expressions and basic scripting.

• Travel: Client will pay expenses if travel is needed.
• Industry Experience: Strong hands-on TIBCO BW experience required.
