TIBCO BW Software Engineer

We are seeking a TIBCO BW Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks and Java full stack development and a proven ability to analyze legacy integrations and modernize them using Spring Boot and MuleSoft., * Configure and troubleshoot TIBCO BusinessWorks process flows and adapters.

• Review existing production and lower-environment implementations to inform modernization efforts.
• Collaborate in brainstorming and design sessions to rewrite integrations in Java Spring Boot and MuleSoft.
• Understand and implement messaging patterns using TIBCO EMS, including queues, topics, and durable subscribers.
• Map and transform data between source and target schemas.
• Apply basic scripting to troubleshoot TIBCO Spotfire expressions or BW process logic.
• Validate data outputs across integrated systems and message flows.
• Debug and troubleshoot TIBCO processes to achieve desired outcomes.

• Hands-on proficiency with TIBCO BusinessWorks and TIBCO EMS.
• Java full stack development with Spring Boot for service modernization.
• Data mapping and transformation across heterogeneous systems.
• Troubleshooting and debugging of integration workflows and message flows.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with MuleSoft for integration modernization.
• Familiarity with TIBCO Spotfire expressions and basic scripting for diagnostics.

• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Industry experience: Strong hands-on TIBCO BusinessWorks background.
• Extension: Possible.
• Travel: Client-paid if required.
