Software Engineer

RiseFi is seeking a full stack Software Engineer to help design, build and enhance our lending technology platform. This role will work across backend services, frontend applications, automation pipelines, AI-powered workflows and third-party integrations to support our core platform., * Develop and maintain scalable backend services and modern web applications

• Build new product capabilities that improve document processing, workflow automation, and internal operational tools.

• Design and implement APIs and system integrations with internal platforms and approved third party services.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability across the platform.

• Build reusable frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive design strategy.

• Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering best practices.

• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, products and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges, writing high-quality code and contributing throughout the software development lifecycle in a fast-paced startup environment., * 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent) with full-stack application development

• Experience developing applications using Python.

• Experience building frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of containerized applications and deployment workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical teams.
