Job description

We are looking for a Desktop Support / Field Engineer to provide onsite IT support for end-user devices and infrastructure., * Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software.

Perform hardware installation, repairs, and upgrades.
Provide basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting.
Support server room, cabling, and Smart Hands activities.
Handle user onboarding/offboarding and IT asset management.
Support conference rooms, Teams Rooms, and A/V equipment.
Manage tickets and resolve issues within SLA.

Requirements

Experience in onsite Desktop/Field Support.
Strong Windows and hardware troubleshooting skills.
Basic networking knowledge.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel onsite and support flexible/on-call hours.
