  • Assist with departmental reorganizations, large-scale restacks, and audits.

  • Provide drawing and document support for project teams, including updating facility drawings, space layouts, and move plans.

  • Provide IT support for project teams by coordinating software provisioning, software licensing, user access, and deploying software applications.

  • Coordinate the procurement, setup, and support of computer peripherals required for project execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Facilities or Operations and a bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Interior Design, Business Administration, Information Technology or other related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree.

  • 2 years’ experience in workplace planning, move coordination, facilities operations, or project coordination.

  • 2 years’ experience supporting IT requirements, including software provisioning, software licensing, and user access coordination.

  • 2 years’ experience maintaining operational databases, reporting systems, and workplace planning information.

  • 2 years’ experience using AutoCAD to prepare, modify, and maintain engineering, architectural, and facility drawings.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with Archibus, SAP, PRISM, VRS, or other Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).

  • Experience in conducting research into project-related issues and products.

  • Experience prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Knowledge of workplace occupancy management, facilities operations, and building systems.
