Insight Global is looking for a motivated and organized Network Lead Engineer to join a highly collaborative IT operations team supporting critical transportation infrastructure., * Support and maintain enterprise networking infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.

• Assist with network upgrades, maintenance, and implementation projects.

• Collaborate closely with systems administrators and other IT team members.

• Help establish processes, organization, and operational structure across the networking team.

• Track project work, priorities, and follow-through to ensure successful execution.

• Support a highly visible operational environment where uptime and responsiveness are critical.

• Approximately 5+ years of general IT experience (flexible for the right candidate).

• 2-5 years of networking experience.

• 5 years of Cisco Routing and Switching

• 5 years of VLAN Management

• 2 years of Network Design

• 5 years of Subnetting

• 4 years of Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPG, etc)

• 2 years of Authentication (Radius, TACAS, etc)

• 5 years of Firewall Administration

2 years VPN & Remote Access Technologies * Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
