Senior Vault Architect

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Security Engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on architecture-level experience with HashiCorp Vault in production, enterprise environments
• Deep, architect-level expertise in Vault: storage backends, seal/unseal mechanisms, multi-region replication (performance and DR), namespaces, and enterprise policy design
• Proven experience designing Infrastructure as Code frameworks (Terraform in particular - Vault provider expertise required)
• Strong background architecting solutions across Kubernetes and multi-cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Advanced scripting/automation skills (Python, Go, or Bash)
• Experience defining observability and audit strategy (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk)
• HashiCorp Certified: Vault Operations Professional strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills
