The Technology Manager will oversee Engineering & Telecommunications and is a technology leadership role within the Technology department responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, operational reliability, and engineering of enterprise network and telecommunications infrastructure across Elite Casino Resorts, LLC properties. We encourage you to look through the different benefits below to discover all that we have to offer to our employees of Elite Casino Resorts owned properties., * Leads enterprise network engineering, telecommunications administration, operational support, troubleshooting, and approved infrastructure deployment initiatives across all Elite Casino Resorts properties.

• Oversees the administration, configuration, maintenance, support, monitoring, and operational performance of enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure, wireless systems, firewalls, telecommunications platforms, VPN connectivity, switching infrastructure, routing infrastructure, ISP connectivity, and voice systems.
• Manages and coordinates operational support activities for network engineers, network administrators, telecommunications personnel, vendors, carriers, and support providers.
• Assists with enterprise network architecture planning, infrastructure modernization, telecommunications upgrades, carrier coordination, firewall administration, wireless deployments, and operational continuity initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 6+ years of hands-on enterprise network engineering or telecommunications experience within a complex operational environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of technology leadership or management experience preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications required.
• Travel between Elite Casino Resorts properties will be required.
