Technical Support Specialist

• Provide phone and email support for POS software and hardware
• Prepare, stage, and deploy POS hardware and software for customers
• Troubleshoot Windows, SQL Server, PC hardware, printers, cash drawers, and network firewalls
• Test and document software/hardware issues; maintain lab environments for replicating bugs
• Train merchants, resellers, and associates; install and configure software, hardware, and networks
• Travel to customer sites as needed for on-site installs, repairs, and support
• Maintain documentation and meet SLA response times

• Experience with PC hardware troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro, and Windows Server 2016
• Familiarity with network protocols, switches, and firewall configuration
• Strong communication skills and a “white glove” customer service approach
• POS or PC support experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - field visits and occasional travel are part of the role

• This is a fully in-person position. Remote work is not available.
• Some travel is required for on-site customer visits and installations.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving history are required.
