Experteer Overview You lead the enterprise AI operations governance at Coca-Cola, establishing and running intake, review, and approval for AI use cases across functions and units worldwide. You ensure AI solutions are safe, compliant, and aligned with policy and law while enabling rapid business adoption. You manage a global team and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Data & AI, Cyber Risk, Internal Audit, and business leaders to deliver a single, credible governance experience from idea to production. This role offers strategic influence in shaping AI risk management and governance practices at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Own the enterprise AI operations governance model: process, standards, roles, decision rights, and tools * Enable rapid, safe AI adoption across all functions and operating units * Set operating cadence: intake reviews, tiered risk boards, escalation paths * Continuously improve governance to keep pace with AI strategy and external changes * Operate a single intake process for AI use cases across the enterprise * Classify use cases by risk tier with predefined criteria * Approve, require corrections, or deny lower- and medium-risk cases within guardrails * Escalate high-risk or novel cases to AI Risk Governance Council or CISO * Document each decision with rationale and auditable evidence * Embed governance into the full AI solution lifecycle (ideation to retirement) * Define lifecycle gates and evidence for each risk tier (oversight, bias testing, security, privacy, model docs) * Decommission retired AI systems and close data/access * Oversee model provisioning and tool approvals enterprise-wide * Own AI operating standards and guardrails with cross-functional alignment * Communicate requirements via training and self-service tooling * Serve as a member of the AI Risk Governance Council and engage with leadership * Build durable relationships with Operating Units and Bottling System partners * Champion cross-functional consensus across priorities * Align program with leading standards and regulatory landscapes (NIST RMF, ISO 42001, EU AI Act) * Translate regulatory obligations into governance requirements with Legal * Maintain enterprise AI inventory, reporting, and assurance activities * Support audits, regulator engagements, and defense testing (AI red teaming, shadow-AI) * Lead and develop a global AI Operations Governance team * Set vision, hire, and develop talent; manage budget and vendor relationships Tasks * 15+ years in AI governance, technology risk, data governance, privacy, or regulatory compliance in large organizations * Proven experience building or running a technology governance program with intake, review, and approval authority * Strong knowledge of AI governance frameworks (NIST RMF, ISO 42001) and global AI regulations (EU AI Act, Chinese AI rules, US state AI laws) * Working knowledge of AI fundamentals (ML, LLMs, agentic AI, third-party AI) * Experience operating in a networked, matrixed global organization and partner ecosystem * Strong people leadership: hiring, developing, leading multi-disciplinary global teams * Exceptional executive communication and influence skills for senior leaders * Experience partnering with Legal, Privacy, Data, Cyber, Ethics & Compliance, Internal Audit * Certifications such as IAPP AIGP, CIPP/E, CIPM, CDPSE, CISM, or CRISC preferred Key requirements * medical benefits * financial benefits * other benefits * annual incentive (30%) * competitive base pay * relocation not provided
