Network Support Technician -Japanese bilingual

Employees work 5 days per week, with shifts rotating on a weekly basis. Weekend and holiday shifts are included as part of the rotation., * Monitor and support network and IT infrastructure services in a 24/7 Network Operations Center

• Provide operational support for networks, data centers, international transmission services, backbone infrastructure, and related IT services
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both Japanese and English
• Perform basic technical troubleshooting by following established procedures, manuals, and workflows
• Escalate technical issues to appropriate engineering teams when necessary
• Monitor system alerts and service status
• Document incidents, actions taken, and customer communications
• Work closely with internal technical teams to support stable network operations
• Learn networking and telecommunications technologies through structured OJT

Previous professional network experience is not required. Long-term on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are motivated to learn technical skills and build a career in the IT industry., * Business-level Japanese and English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable following established procedures
