IT Support Level 1

• Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 platforms, including installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support Microsoft Office Suite applications, ensuring smooth functionality for end-users.
• Install, configure, and maintain printers, ensuring operational readiness and resolving hardware/software issues.
• Deliver audio/video support for conference rooms, company meetings, and special events.
• Perform installation of layer 1 cabling to support network infrastructure.
• Provide remote PC support, including connectivity troubleshooting and mobile device support (Apple iOS and Android) for remote sales teams.
• Manage IT inventory, including hardware and software tracking, procurement, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with colleagues and end-users to resolve technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Document support activities, solutions, and maintain accurate records for future reference.

• At least two years of IT technical support experience, with professional references.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows platforms (10 and 11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with printer installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of audio/video systems and conference room technology.
• Ability to install and troubleshoot layer 1 cabling.
• Experience providing remote support for PCs, mobile devices, and connectivity issues.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with a cooperative, professional, and detail-oriented approach to assisting others.
