We are seeking an experienced Problem Management Specialist to be part of a global team. As a Problem Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading end to end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments. Your role will focus on ensuring service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for follow on work through up selling or cross selling. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams., * Take ownership of specific delivery components and ensure alignment with overall project goals and client expectations.

• Support and guide team members by sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Analyze complex delivery challenges and develop innovative solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and opportunities, influencing positive outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and best practices.

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in Problem Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
