Job description

As a Senior HRIS Analyst, you’ll play a key role in administering, optimizing, configuring, and supporting Human Resources Information Systems with a primary focus on ADP Lyric and integrated HR technology platforms. You’ll collaborate with People Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and leadership teams to improve system performance, automate processes, maintain compliance, and provide workforce insights that support business decisions., Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for ADP Lyric and related HR technology platforms

Configure, maintain, and optimize HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Leave Management, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service modules

Manage workflows, business rules, organizational structures, approval paths, security roles, and data governance standards

Ensure system integrity through audits, reconciliations, validation procedures, and proactive monitoring activities

Analyze system functionality and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency, automation, compliance, and employee experience

Develop and maintain HRIS process documentation, SOPs, configuration guides, and training materials

Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Finance, IT, and HR leadership to support integrations, compensation administration, and total rewards initiatives

Support workforce analytics, reporting, dashboards, and organizational metrics

Manage inbound and outbound integrations between ADP Lyric and third-party systems including ATS, benefits, payroll, and compliance platforms

Coordinate testing, upgrades, implementations, patches, and enhancement activities

Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting requirements

Provide end-user support and training for HRIS processes and employee self-service functionality

Promote HR technology best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Do you have a valid Senior Professional in Human Resources certification?, Do you have experience in Spreadsheets?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HRIS experience required

Experience administering ADP Lyric, ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vantage, or comparable HCM/HRIS platforms strongly preferred

Advanced understanding of HRIS configuration, reporting, integrations, security administration, and data governance principles

Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, benefits, leave administration, compensation, and compliance processes

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools

Experience supporting system integrations, data imports/exports, and vendor implementations preferred

Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of California labor law, wage and hour regulations, and HR compliance preferred

Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or HRIP preferred
