Onsite Technology Specialist

needed.This is a mid-level role for someone with at least two years of professional IT support experience and a solid technical foundation.What You Will Do

• Serve as CRSG’s primary day-to-day technology resource.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, Azure, and general end-user issues.
• Configure and support computers, applications, and peripherals.
• Own requests from the initial report through resolution.
• Keep users informed and document your work clearly.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve CRSG’s technology environment.
• Work with the broader Flexible IT team when an issue requires reinforcement.

• At least two years of professional IT support experience.
• Experience supporting users in a business environment.
• The ability to resolve common technical issues independently.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows computers, hardware, software, and basic networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good judgment, organization, documentation, and follow-through.
• Curiosity about using AI responsibly to solve problems and improve how you work.
• Managed Service Provider experience is helpful but not required.
