Workday Absence Management & Time Tracking Architect (Remote)

• Lead business requirements workshops for Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking.
• Design scalable Workday solutions supporting global HR and payroll processes.
• Develop functional solution architecture and configuration strategies.
• Provide guidance to implementation teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Recommend Workday best practices for global implementations.
• Ensure successful delivery of Workday functional solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking.
• Experience leading Workday implementation projects.
• Experience supporting global Workday rollouts.
• Functional design and solution architecture expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work during MST/PST business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Workday Payroll module.
• Previous consulting or enterprise implementation experience., * Are you legally authorized to work in the United States?
