Job description

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a full-time opportunity in a supportive, resident-focused environment? Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA is hiring for all shifts - AM, PM, and NOC.

Requirements

  • Active CNA certification in the state of California
  • Skilled nursing, rehab, or post-acute care experience preferred - but new grads welcome
  • Passion for working with seniors in a caring, respectful manner
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn electronic documentation systems
  • Ability to follow instructions, think critically, and work independently when needed
  • Current medical clearance and ability to pass a background check
  • Team-oriented mindset with reliability and compassion
