Job description
Tests, maintains, and monitors the organization-wide information systems. Monitors overall performance of the learning management system as it relates to organization-wide learning initiatives. Assists in implementing projects that streamline systems, define better technology architecture, and create automated workflows and functionality across the organization. Improves process efficiencies and data quality., * Assists in monitoring and maintaining organization-wide learning management system. Coordinates and installs multiple programs into the organization’s software to ensure its effectiveness. Contributes to the organization’s website.
- Prioritizes daily activities to complete tasks/projects assigned by others. Ensures accuracy of employee data. Collects and compiles all trending data.
- Applies working knowledge of the techniques, principles, theories and concepts of the discipline, staff, technologies, services, and practices to complete routine and non-routine assignments.
- Provides employees with ongoing support with website or software issues. Solves and escalates operational problems and technical issues; modifies existing tools or processes.
- Works with decisions that have moderate impact on function/family operations.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Associate’s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Bachelor’s degree: Preferred
- Three years’ relevant experience: Preferred
