Job description
- Architect and implement ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance
- Design integrations and optimize platform performance
- Establish ServiceNow architecture roadmaps and best practices
- Mentor technical teams and support complex implementation challenges
Requirements
We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution/Technical Architect with 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and strong hands-on IT Asset Management (ITAM) implementation experience.
Must-Have Skills:
- Certified ServiceNow Technical Architect
- 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience
- Hands-on implementation experience with ITAM, HAM, and SAM
- Strong ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and ITIL knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, configuration, customization, scalability, and performance
- Experience leading technical teams and complex ServiceNow implementations, Important: Candidates must have proven hands-on Asset Management implementation experience. Candidates with primarily ITSM, administration, or development experience but limited ITAM/HAM/SAM implementation experience will not be considered.
