Job description
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Build and integrate LLM-based applications, including RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI agents.
- Develop prompts, APIs, and automation workflows across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
- Implement responsible AI practices, governance, monitoring, and model evaluation.
Requirements
We are seeking an Enterprise Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Azure AI services, and AI-powered automation technologies and a proven ability to deliver enterprise AI solutions that enhance productivity, automate processes, and improve customer experiences., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, cloud engineering, or automation.
- 2+ years with Generative AI, LLMs, or Microsoft Copilot technologies, delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Studio.
- Prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, Java, or JavaScript. Strong REST API integration experience.
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Git, CI/CD, DevOps, Azure cloud services.
- Data analytics, AI monitoring, and operationalization of AI workloads.
Preferred Skills:
- Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama), NLP, embeddings, semantic search, vector databases, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
- Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, and security practices.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and containerized deployments.
- Experience in regulated environments and with frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Role Logistics & Interview Process:
- Approved location: Charlotte, NC. Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
