Job description

  • Assess and document existing Salesforce workflows, processes, and configurations (current-state mapping)
  • Interview stakeholders and end users to understand business needs and pain points
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Recommend process and system improvements, with clear rationale and priorities
  • Configure and implement approved enhancements (flows, validation rules, automation, page layouts, reports/dashboards)
  • Create and maintain documentation: process maps, requirement specs, and user guides
  • Support testing, user adoption, and knowledge transfer

Requirements

  • Proven Salesforce experience as an Admin/Business Analyst/Consultant
  • Strong process documentation and business analysis skills
  • Hands-on configuration: Flows, automation, validation rules, reports/dashboards
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Excellent stakeholder communication
  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred (Advanced Admin / Business Analyst a plus)
