HR Systems Manager - Local Hybrid (40% On-Site)

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the strategy and operation of the HR technology ecosystem, shaping enterprise HR platforms that support talent, payroll, and workforce operations. You will align HR systems with business goals, drive secure and scalable solutions, and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate the employee experience. You’ll guide a team, manage integrations and upgrades, and ensure compliant, well-documented usage. This role blends technical leadership with HR process expertise to enable organizational performance.
