Epic HB Analyst

San Diego-based client seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Application Analyst (Epic Hospital Billing) to lead the design, build, testing, implementation, and support of Epic Revenue Cycle applications. This role serves as a technical expert for Epic HB, providing project leadership, troubleshooting, system maintenance, and customer support.

The analyst will partner closely with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Clinical Research Billing, and other operational teams, as well as third-party vendors and application teams, to optimize workflows and support ongoing initiatives. Reporting to the Hospital Billing Supervisor within Information Services.

• 9 years of Epic build experience OR 5 years of experience combined with a Bachelors/Masters Degree
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration certification

Experience with Charge Router, Hospital Billing, Research Billing, Claims, Remittance & SBO. Approximately 50% of the role will support the Research Billing team and research-related projects, while the remaining 50% will support Hospital Billing, Revenue Integrity, and SBO. - Epic Research Billing Certification
