Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Administrator / Functional Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will administer and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, collaborating with HR and IT teams to support operations and strategic HR initiatives. You will configure core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent processes while managing updates, security, and data provisioning. You’ll build reports, dashboards, and integrations to enable data-driven HR decisions and resolve production issues. This is a hands-on role that shapes HR enablement through cloud tooling and cross-functional partnership. Compensation / Benefits * Administer Oracle Fusion HCM environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production) * Configure and support Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Compensation, Time and Labor, Help Desk, Journeys, and ORC * Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing * Configure security roles, data roles, and user provisioning * Support HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader, REST APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas * Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud * Troubleshoot production issues and provide Tier 2/3 support * Work with business users on enhancements, testing, documentation, and training Tasks * 5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience * Experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud * Knowledge of HR and Payroll business processes * Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or related field Key requirements *
