Enterprise Network Deployment Specialist

The Enterprise Deployment Specialist is responsible for planning, configuring, and implementing enterprise network solutions with a focus on guest wireless authentication, HPE User Experience Insight (UXI) deployment, and end-to-end integration across the organization’s HPE and Cisco Aruba environment. This role ensures seamless rollout, testing, and optimization of network services aligned with security, scalability, and performance standards., * Enterprise Network Deployment

• Support the rollout of HPE networking hardware, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers.
• Assist in SilverPeak SD-WAN and Cisco Aruba environment integration to ensure unified network performance.
• Execute deployment playbooks, update network configuration templates, and manage cutover activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to test interoperability and optimize routing, VLANs, and QoS policies.
• Guest Wireless Deployment & Authentication
• Design and implement ClearPass Enterprise Deployment for secure guest wireless access.
• Configure authentication services (RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, SAML, etc.) for multiple user groups and devices.
• Support onboarding workflows, certificate management, and captive portal integrations.
• Optimize and document guest access provisioning and policy enforcement processes.
• HPE User Experience Insight (UXI) Implementation
• Deploy, configure, and manage HPE UXI sensors to monitor and benchmark end-user experience.
• Integrate UXI data with performance dashboards and incident management systems.
• Validate network performance using UXI analytics to ensure SLA adherence and rapid issue detection.
• Documentation & Support
• Prepare detailed deployment, configuration, and operational documentation.
• Train IT operations teams on post deployment maintenance and monitoring procedures.
• Provide Tier-3 escalation support for complex deployment and authentication issues

Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * 3+ years in enterprise network deployment or IT infrastructure implementation.

• Hands-on experience with:
• Aruba ClearPass for authentication and access control.
• HPE UXI deployment and analytics integration.
• HPE routing, switching, and wireless ecosystems, SilverPeak SD-WAN, and Cisco Aruba solutions.
• Strong understanding of network security, identity management, and authentication protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills., * Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP)
• HPE ASE/MASE or Aruba Certified Deployment Professional (ACDP)
• Cisco CCNP Enterprise or equivalent experience
• SilverPeak SD-WAN Certified Professional
