Architectural Technical Program Manager

Lead complex building and infrastructure projects through the full project lifecycle, from schematic design and design development through construction documents, permitting, and execution. Drive coordination across architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders while managing scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and project delivery. Lead meetings, resolve technical issues, coordinate design reviews, support permitting efforts, and ensure alignment across multiple disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience managing projects through the full building lifecycle:

Schematic Design

Design Development

Construction Documents (CDs)

Permitting / AHJ coordination

• Construction execution

Strong understanding of building design, construction processes, and code compliance

• Experience coordinating multiple scopes, disciplines, and stakeholder groups simultaneously
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings, drive decisions, and manage complex project schedules
• Background supporting large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction programs
• Technical depth beyond traditional project management, with the ability to engage architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors on technical discussions
• Experience working with permitting agencies and navigating code requirements - Data center design or construction experience

General Contractor (GC) or owner’s representative experience

• Experience supporting national or multi-site construction programs
• Background in oil & gas, industrial facilities, robotics, manufacturing, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM tools

Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Civil - Engineering background

• Experience owning projects from concept through final delivery
• Candidate who started in a technical discipline and transitioned into program management leadership
