Job description
Mullinax Ford is looking to fill the role of Quick Lane Service Manager, which is responsible for ensuring that customers receive 5 star customer service. We are seeking a first-rate candidate to help take our busy Quick Lane department to the next level and to join our multi-store enterprise. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required., * Understanding customers’ needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships
- Keep up to date with new products, features, accessories and attend product training as required
- Direct, supervise, and monitor performance of all direct report employees
- Attracting, developing, and retaining talent
- Engaging and motivating the team to meet performance expectations and goals
- Ensure all parts, tools, and equipment is available and up to date for all team members to complete work
- Ensure all employee’s receive proper training
- Track technician productivity
- Responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the Quick Lane department
- Assisting other departments
- Follow all Company procedures and standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Automotive Service Management experience
- Ability to provide five-star customer service
- Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Team Leader (lead by example)
- Results oriented
- Problem solver with stability under pressure
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems, MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), internet browsers, email functions and ability to learn new software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
- Must be able to pass background screening and drug test
