Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead complex analytics and drive data-driven decision-making to support residential onboarding and transaction processing for Corporate Trust. You will partner with Operations, Product, Technology, and other stakeholders to design and implement scalable rule-based configurations and workflows. The position emphasizes governance, performance improvement, and auditable processes across large datasets and multiple systems. You will own the enterprise business rules catalog and contribute to modernization of legacy logic, delivering measurable operational impact. Compensation / Benefits * Author and maintain SQL rules (Oracle SQL/PLSQL/Python) for validations, transformations, calculations, and workflow decisions across Corporate Trust processes * Serve as primary liaison between Business Operations and Technology, translating requirements into scalable technology solutions for residential onboarding and servicing * Design, develop, and maintain SQL, PL/SQL, and Python rules for transaction setup, validations, eligibility, classifications, calculations, reporting, and workflow decisions * Configure and implement new residential transactions and processing structures, including waterfalls, allocation methodologies, calculation logic, reporting, and client-specific rules * Collaborate with Operations, Product Owners, Business Development, Risk, and Technology to gather requirements and convert objectives into deterministic, testable rule logic * Establish and maintain standards for rule development, testing, documentation, and change governance * Lead modernization initiatives, migrating legacy logic to scalable Oracle SQL and Python solutions * Own and govern the enterprise rules catalog with full documentation and change history * Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies (unit, regression, automated controls, UAT support) * Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure readiness for deployment * Design solutions for performance and scalability across large datasets with optimized queries and processing techniques * Ensure data governance, risk management, and internal control standards are met with auditable rules * Implement governance controls including workflows, RBAC, SOD, and least-privilege access * Support data architecture and data modeling aligning rules with enterprise standards * Maintain detailed technical and business documentation and audit records * Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues with root-cause analysis and sustainable fixes * Participate in Agile processes and continuous improvement activities * Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using SQL, Python, and data-driven approaches Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline or 7+ years in analytics/reporting * Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Python * Strong understanding of data architecture, business process design, and operational controls * Experience translating business requirements into configurable technology solutions * Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations * Knowledge of data governance, risk management, and internal controls * Experience with testing methodologies and documentation * Agile development experience Key requirements * paid parental leave * flexible working * medical, dental, and vision * 401k matching and tax-advantaged spending plans * disability and life insurance * inclusive culture
