Job description

We are seeking an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our team at our LA Corporate Office. As an IT Service Delivery Analyst, you will be accountable for providing first-line technical support to Aspire Bakeries team members, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and requests, and delivering exceptional onsite and remote IT service across our North American network of bakeries and offices. This is role is onsite 4 days a week in our LA Office.

Shift & Schedule

  • Shift: Varied shifts to support IT Service Desk and local office operational hours
  • Hours: Primarily standard business hours with flexibility for early/late meetings
  • Weekend availability: Occasionally required (including on-call or after-hours support), * Provide onsite and remote deskside support for LA office users, including Senior Leadership and C-Level executives, ensuring timely and professional issue resolution
  • Deliver Service Desk support by responding to calls, emails, chats, and walk-ups, logging and managing requests and incidents in ServiceNow
  • Administer and troubleshoot end-user technologies including Windows devices, O365, Teams, telephony, printers, and mobile devices (iPhones/iPads)
  • Manage user accounts and access in Active Directory, Exchange, O365, and other core systems in line with security and governance standards
  • Coordinate local IT operations such as hardware lifecycle (requisition, imaging, deployment, disposal), vendor access, conference room readiness, and general technology upkeep
  • Document recurring issues, resolutions, and knowledge articles to enhance the overall effectiveness of the IT Service Desk
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to monitor ticket queues, escalate complex issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • At least 3 years of experience providing direct technical IT support and/or working in a Service Desk environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11, O365 (including Outlook and Teams), remote support tools, and basic networked device setup (printers, peripherals)
  • Experience with account administration in Windows/Active Directory and O365 (account creation, permissions, security groups)
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support users at all levels, including executives
  • Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy IT equipment (e.g., computers and peripherals) and travel approximately 10-25% as needed
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including occasional early/late hours, on-call, evenings, or weekends

Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms
  • Experience with SAP account setup and maintenance (ECC, Ariba, MII)
  • Prior experience supporting AV/collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams Rooms, Webex Room systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to document work clearly in tickets and knowledge bases and to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing IT team
