Job description

As a Production Engineer in Security at CoreWeave, you’ll ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our security systems and cloud platform. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining systems that support our infrastructure, automating operational tasks, and continuously improving security and resiliency.

  1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable, highly available security infrastructure using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
  2. Develop automation and monitoring solutions to identify and mitigate reliability risks proactively.
  3. Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance, reduce latency, and enhance service uptime.
  4. Participate in incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
  5. Mentor team members on best practices in reliability, security engineering, and infrastructure management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, security engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Expertise in automation and Scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Experience managing large-scale distributed systems and ensuring their reliability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with observability platforms (eg, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Benefits & conditions

The compensation range for this role is $190,000-$282,000, based on market factors, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to salary, we offer benefits including:
