SAP Shipping/Receiving Worker

Process inbound/outbound shipments in SAP. Reconcile inventory between SAP and 3PL WMS. Create and modify deliveries and shipment transactions in SAP. Troubleshoot EDI/Non-EDI errors using SAP transactions. Monitor shipping dates, order status, inventory, and past-due transactions. Create POs in Ariba and reconcile invoices. Coordinate with 3PL and transportation teams. Maintain shipping and inventory reports. Support rush orders and inventory management activities.

Strong SAP experience is a MUST for this position.

Client is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Worker with strong, hands-on SAP experience to manage shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse transactions., Must-Have Qualifications STRONG, HANDS-ON SAP EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED. SAP experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory operations. Experience with SAP transactions and inventory reconciliation. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and formulas. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Warehouse/shipping and receiving experience required.
